Monthly Favorites | June 2014

heyy girls,

I just realised that June is over! Wow! I can't believe it. This month was a crazy month for me and to be honest, I'm glad it's over. If you want to know why this past month has been insane for me, I'll link my update post that I did a couple days ago (here).

That being said, I didn't discover revolutionary products but I've been loving some stuff that I thought would be nice to share with you :) I'll even add some random stuff that I've loving at the end because I think it can be helpful to some people.

The first product that I've been loving this month is an old favorite of mine. Yes, you've guessed it: Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in 13. It's truly the best cream eyeshadow that I've tried so far. The color is just gorgeous; it reminds me of Sin by Urban Decay with a bit more gold reflects. I did a review and a comparaison post on this product last summer I think.

Another old favorite of mine that I need to share because I'm still using it almost everyday and that's a first for me. I've been using the MAC Omega eyeshadow a lot this month (like everyday) to fill in my eyebrows. Love it. Can't get enough of it.

But don't worry I've also discovered new products like the MAC lipstick in Creme Cup. In the store, I hesitated between this one, Angel and Creme d'Nude. And now that I'm thinking about it, I think I'm going to purchase the Creme d'Nude too.

Monthly Favorites | January 2014

heyy girls,

Today I'm back with my monthly favorites for the month of January 2014. I don't really have a lot to show, but there are new stuffs that I've been loving and that I've never shown to you. Let's see what I chose this month as my favorites...
This month I've had some problems with my skin. I've been getting tiny little pimples, which I never get usually. I've been using this Freeman Facial Clay Mask in Strawberry & Chocolate. It smells divine! It also does a very good job at deep cleansing my pores.

This month, I've been loving the Seche Vite Top Coat. It really does make your nailpolish dry faster. I can't remember if I ever put it in one of my favorites, but I mean it just shows how much I really like a product ;)

I've also been liking the It's So Big Mascara by Elizabeth Mott...a lot. It gives awesome volume and it is very black, which I love.

♥ September favorites ♥

Heyy girls,

this month has gone by very quickly and it is (again) that time of the month where I present to you the products that I've been loving through the entire month of September.

To be honest with you, I don't have new things that I've been loving, only things that you've seen in the past. But I thought I'd showed you anyway since I personally love to know what others have been loving. For me, if a product came up many times through the monthly favorites, it means that it is THAT good of a product. So here are my favorites for this past month...

The first thing that I've been loving doing this month is quick makeup look. This month I have been crazy busy with school and simple makeup has been my go-to look. For an example I've been concealing my under eye circles from my lack of sleep with my Garnier Roll-On concealer in light to medium. Next I used my Naked Basics (almost everyday) since I had every color that I needed to do a simple eye makeup look and to fill in my brows. So I've basically been wearing W.O.S on my lid, Naked 2 in the crease, Faint on the outer corner when I felt fancy and Naked 2 to fill in my brows. Mascara. Lip balm. Of course. Maybe some powder when I felt like I needed it. That's it.

My next favorite has been my First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream (I did a review here). As you know the weather is changing, leaves are coming down from the trees, the air is getting colder, everyone is sick already and as a matter of fact, your skin is getting dryer and dryer and dryer. Well, I discovered a nice face moisturizer from the brand First Aid Beauty and if you want to know what I think about it I suggest you to read my review ;)

♥ August 2013 Favorites ♥

heyy girls,

I know I am late (kind of) for my August monthly favorites but seriously! Where did August go?! It's already September now and school has begun for a couple of weeks now. Am I the only one who thinks that it is a bit depressive? Anyway...

Today I'm here with my favorites beauty wise and fashion wise for the month of August. Don't hesitate to leave in the comments what products you have been enjoying recently!

**Also I just wanted to quickly mention that if you want me to review some of the Lush products that I got don't be afraid to tweet me your requests or just leave a comment below :) **

My Twitter: @MissBeauty4all

Here are the links to the products that I got:
Haul: Forever 21, Lush, Sephora....(here)
Haul: Lush....(here)

The first thing that I've been liking this month is my Naked Basics. You know that I already use this palette every single day to fill in my eyebrows BUT this month I've also been reaching to it a lot to do very simple and natural makeup looks since I don't like to wear a ton of makeup at work.

I've also been liking this eyeshadow from MAC which is called Shroom. In my opinion this is the most beautiful highlight that I've ever seen in my life. I don't only use it on my eyes, I use it to highlight the top of my cheekbones with it. GORGEOUS!

Next product that I've been loving this month is my (kind of) new mascara from Covergirl. I hauled it a couple of weeks ago I believe and I've been in LOVE with it since the first use. It is a little bit more dramatic than the Covergirl Lashperfection but it still looks very natural and awesome ;)

Those couple of weeks I've also been reaching almost everyday for my ELF Professional brushes. I've been loving the eyeshadow brush which is awesome for packing on the color on the lid. I've also been using the crease brush to put Shroom on the inner corner since it is too small to use in the crease. In the crease, I've been using almost every time the blending brush to apply color in the crease and to slightly blend the colors together. I prefer my Real Techniques crease brush to blend the edges though.

The ELF Professional Crease Brush

The ELF Professional Blending Brush.
The ELF Professional Crease Brush.
Another brush that I've been loving to apply my makeup is the ELF Studio Powder Brush. Since it is flat and dense it is the perfect brush to apply foundation. If you're looking for an inexpensive brush to apply your liquid or powder foundation I highly recommend you to check out this 3$ ELF brush.
The last beauty product that I've been loving this month is the Olay Clean & Mild Make-Up Removing Cloths. It doesn't irritate my skin and it does remove my makeup pretty well. BUT, it isn't good at removing eye makeup. For me it isn't a big deal because I prefer using an eye makeup remover since I find it does the job quicker.

This month I only have one fashion favorite. I know that I got this Brandy Melville Infinity Ring at the end of the month but I'm just OBSESSED with it. I've been wearing it almost every single day...What can I say..I'm in love! ;)

♥ July 2013 Favorites ♥

heyy girls,

I can't believe that July is already gone! It's crazy! That means that school is coming soon...oh well! Anyway, today I'm here to present you the products that I've been loving during the month of July. This month I have makeup and fashion favorites! I also have an unfavorite of the month...and a little story (not really) that comes with it ;)

**I also have a website that I've been obsessed with to show you (it isn't sponsored)**

My first favorite of the month is my Pink Sugar perfume. I LOVE this scent. It is a very sweet scent that smells just like vanilla :)

If you read my last "Product I've used up" post, you know that I've finished my Elizabeth Arden eye makeup remover. So I had to use another one and here it is... Marcelle Essentials Gentle Make-up remover. It doesn't irritate my eyes like the Elizabeth Arden one and it removes my eye makeup somewhat easily. Of course, it isn't as good as the other one but it is a cheaper alternative ;)

A couple of months ago, I purchased this Maybelline Fit me concealer in 10. I thought that this was the lightest shade. Unfortunately, it wasn't. At that time it was way too orange and dark for me. Since it is summer and I am tan now (not really), it fits me! Yeah! I've been loving this product for my under eye circles. It's very light and it blends easily.

My next favorite for July is this nailpolish that I got in my Ipsy bag. It is Mai Tai by Nailtini. I LOVE Nailtini nailpolishes. The brush is big enough that you can do an entire nail with one swipe. The pigmentation is great, as usual, and it stays on for a long time.

I don't know if I've ever talked to you about those Covergirl Naturelux gloss balms but I love how moisturizing they are. It also gives a good amount of color on your lips. I've been loving this gloss balm in the color 205 Tulip. It's also great for the summer time since it contains SPF 15.

I also I've been loving this Revlon Lip Butter in the color Strawberry Shortcake. It is, again, a very moisturizing lip product. I just think that those Lip Butters are perfect for summer since you don't want to wear heavy makeup. It feels very light on the lips and the color is buildable.

I've also been loving another product that came in my Ipsy bag which is the Coola Face moisturizer SPF 20. I use this as my everyday moisturizer and I LOVE it! Seriously, this stuff is amazing as a moisturizer. It leaves your skin so soft and it protects it from the sun as the same time. I'm glad I got to try out this product!

The last thing the I've been loving this month is this hair elastic from Sephora. I wear it everyday as a bracelet but when I want to put my hair up I just use it for this purpose.

The Unfavorite of July 2013

A week ago, I put my sunglasses case on my nightstand. I let it there for a couple of days and one night I decided to put it back in my purse. When I tried to grab it, I realized that it was kind of glued on my nightstand. I pulled it harder and it came off. I put it in my purse and when I came back, I saw that it had made a big hot pink stain on my white nightstand. I was PISSED OFF. Later, my dad removed the stain with a little bit of nailpolish remover but let me tell you that I will NEVER EVER buy a sunglasses case from Bizou again. So, I don't like this case because of the poor quality...

Website that I've been obsessed with!

This month, I've been obsessed with the website Swagbucks! Basically, this website is a website where you answered polls to get points. With those points, you can buy Sephora gift cards, Starbucks gift cards, Paypal, Amazon, etc... I think it is international and it is very easy to accumulate points. It is free and you can subscribe here.

I hope you enjoyed reading this post,

♥ June 2013 favorites ♥

Heyy girls,

It is again that time of the month where I show you what I have been loving during those past weeks beauty wise. I also have been loving some fashion stuff too. Get excited! ;) I just wanted to quickly mention that I post pictures of things that I love or just little hauls on my Instagram. If you are interested into following me my username is @missbeauty4all .

This month I also haven't been liking some products (one actually) and I have decided to show you. This is what I would call THE unfavorite for the month of June.

But I want to start on a more positive note so I'll begin with the stuff that I've been loving...

Beauty favorites of the month

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder

I have been using this powder religiously since it is getting very warm outside. It helps control my oily T-zone. I love how it isn't cakey and feels light on the skin. I know that this powder have been in almost every of my monthly favorites but it is really THAT good. I highly recommend this powder if you have oily skin or if you want to reduce shine on your face. It is also cheap, 5-6 $CA at drugstore.

Marcelle Jelly Cheek Flush Blush

I have to say that at first I was kind of scared of this product because I've never used a cream/stain blush before... But I was very surprised! It gives a nice flush of color and it does blend easily. The color that I chose is Flushed Coral. I think that the price is ridiculously high! This would be the only down side of this product.

Boho Green Liner

I got this liquid liner in the color black. I don't want to talk too much about this product because I will do a review of this brand soon. But I really enjoyed this eyeliner. I love how black it is and the wand is perfect if you are not that good with liquid liner like me :)

Benefit The Porefessional

I've been loving this product to help reduce the appearance of my pores when I wear foundation or BB cream. I think it is a great product but I won't recommend it if you want to use it as a primer to help your makeup staying on longer. But it is a good pore minimizer.

Benefit Watt's Up!

I love this highlighter! It gives you a very nice glow and it blends easily into your skin. It is a cream product which I love for the summer time. It is a high end product so of course it is expensive but a little bit goes a long way. Also, this product doesn't make you look oily at all.

Makeup For Ever Aqua Cream

I think this product was also in my last favorite but I did use this product almost every single day. It is just a great all over the lid color and it is waterproof which is awesome for the summer time! And a little bit goes a LONG way. Seriously, I haven't done a dent in it and I've been using it for a couple of months now. Love it!

ELF Stipple Brush

I've been loving my ELF Stipple Brush to blend the cream/stain blush that I've talked about earlier. I don't like it for foundation but for applying blush it does a fantastic job!

Unfavorite of the month

Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes mascara

I don't mean to bash this next product but I got it in my last Topbox and I felt like I needed to say what I think about this product. This month I didn't like Jelly Pong Pong Fairy Lashes mascara. The formula was very dry and the wand just didn't work for me. It also makes your lashes clump together. I didn't like this product at all.

Fashion favorites of the month

A cross ring

If you follow me on Instagram you know that I'm in love with this cross ring! I got it from a shop here in Canada called L'Aubainerie. It goes with everything and I love it ;) It was cheap too!

Studded bracelet

I know I am kind of late with the stud accessories but I had to put this bracelet in my favorite since I've been wearing it almost every single day this month. I got it from a website called Rings & Tings.

Tell me what have been your favorites for the month of June!

I hope you enjoyed it,

May Favorites 2013

heyy girls,

I can't believe May is almost gone! It went by so fast! It's crazy! Anyway...Today I am here with my May Favorites. I didn't really discovered new stuffs this month but I've still wanted to show you...

My first favorite is actually three nailpolishes. I've just been loving pastel AND coral nailpolishes...by Essie! I just love their nailpolishes! The colors are so pretty and opaque! So I've been loving Cute as a button, Mint Candy Apple and Under Where?.

Next, I've been loving my Garnier Roll-On undereye concealer. I've been using this product for a couple of months now and I've never thought it was good but I don't know why but recently I have been reaching for it a lot...and also suddenly loving it!...

If you saw my last post (here) you know that I'm in LOVE with this quad by Maybelline which is in Natural Shock because these are all MAC dupes ;) You also might have seen it in my last haul (here)...

I know that my next favorite have been a favorite for a couple of months now but it is THAT good! Seriously I'm constantly reaching for it and using it! The Nivea Lip Butter is the BEST! ;)

April Favorites 2013

heyy girls,

today I'm here with another monthly favorites. I haven't discovered that much product this month and some of my previous favorites will definitely come back for this post also ;) Here is what I've been loving this month...

Before I get started on my favorite beauty related things of the month I just wanted to quickly mention my fashion favorite of the month...I've been loving my black TOMS and have been wearing them almost every single day. They are super comfy and I highly recommend them!

Now back to the beauty favorites. This month I have been loving the new Nivea Lip butter. I hauled them on my last post I think (here). They are very moisturizing and the vanilla & macadamia scent smells soooo good!

The next thing that I have been LOVING is my Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in 13. This little product is fabulous! It is creamy and it stays on all day. I did a review on it (here).

I have using this body butter from The Body Shop for quite a while now and I just completely fell in love with it. It smells delicious and the texture is divine! It is VERY moisturizing and I recommend it to everyone who needs a good body butter.

You surely have seen this next product in my March Favorites2013 (here). Again, I am SO in love with this palette but even more with the color Venus. It is such a beautiful shade to highlight the inner corner. I did a review on the Naked Basic (here) if you want see more swatches.

I have been using this highlighter for a couple of months now and I have to say that it is AMAZING. It gives a nice glow without being to much shimmery. So this is the Marcelle Multi-Colour Face Powder in Luminous Veil. I can do a review on it with swatches if you want. Just leave a comment below ;)

This next product is very liked on the beauty community and I also have been loving it myself. It is the Maybelline Color Whisper and I got the shade 30 Pin Up Peach. I love it so much because it has a good balance between pigmentation and moisture. I will definitely purchase more shades ;)
