Review: Makeup For Ever Aqua Cream

heyy girls,

If you saw my last post you know that I went shopping last week and I bought the Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in 13. I chose this color because it is a very wearable kind of golden with peach reflects. It is GORGEOUS!

I might do later a comparison between Maybelline Color Tattoo and Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream. Tell me in the comments if you would be interested by that :)
As you can see the packaging is very classic and sleek. Like I said before I got the color number 13. Here are some swatches for you to see what the color looks like...

**I only put a thin layer of the product on my hand**

What I like about that product is that it is VERY creamy and a little bit goes a long way. I was very impressed by that product because I expected it to be less creamy and less long wearing than what it really is. You get 0.21 oz at the price of 26$CA at Sephora.

It says in the packaging that you can use it on the eyes and cheeks but I've never tried it on my cheeks to be honest. This cream shadow is definitely long wearing. I have oily lids and it last about 9-10 hour if you put a normal amount of it without a primer underneath. By that I mean if you put a very thin layer without a primer under and you do have oily lids it might disappears during the day.

Also it says on the packaging that it is waterproof. I did try to wash off the swatch that you see in the pictures with water and it didn't come off. After that I've tried to rub it off under water. Some of it washed off after a minute of me trying hard but I could still see that I had the cream shadow on my hand. My verdict is that it is waterproof ;)

I highly recommend that product! I just think it is SO creamy and it gives a pretty shimmery finish. Again, don't forget to tell me in the comments if you want me to compare the Maybelline Color Tattoo and the Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream.

I hope you found it helpful,

  1. Salut,
j'ai vu cette publicité et j'ai trouvé que la fille était hyper bien maquillé (et jolie aussi)!

Peux tu nous faire un tuto maquillage, s'il te plait?
(sans forcement utiliser le rouge coco shine de Chanel biensur!)
