Makeup starter kit

heyy girls,

today I'm here with a makeup starter kit. I will show you what are the things that I recommend buying if you're new to makeup. I've been there and I know it isn't easy sometimes because you don't always know the basics. This isn't only to beginners! If you're familiar with makeup this post can make you want to try new things. Keep in mind that this is products that have worked for me and they may not worked for you but I think for the most part they'll do.


1) Covergirl natureluxe foundation:- light to medium coverage
                                                     - 9-10$ at the drugstore
                                                     - blend easily

2) Mai Couture highlighting sheets:- Travel friendly
                                                    - 28$ at maicouture.com


3) Rimmel Stay Matte powder in Transparent:- Perfect for combination and oily skin
                                                                    - 5-7$ at the drugstore
                                                                    - Doesn't look cakey on top of a foundation
                                                                    - Keep you matte during the day

4) Yves Rocher Radiance Corrector Pen in Pinky Glow:- The salmon color helps reduce
                                                               dark circles.
                                                                                        - Usually in sold for 11$ instead
                                                                                   of 20$ at yvesrocher.com
                                                                                        - Looks natural and highlights   
                                                            very well.

1) Covergirl eye shadow trio in Shimmering Sand:- All the colors are shimmery
                                                                         - 9-10$ at the drugstore
                                                                         - Everyday wear colors

2) Covergirl Lashperfection mascara:- Natural looking
                                                       - Doesn't clump the lashes
                                                       - Gives volume and length

3) Urban Decay 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in zero or perversion:- Very black
                                                                                             - Glides on smoothly
                                                                               - 23$C or 20$US at 

4) Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Beige:- Can be use as an eye shadow base
                                                                - Last all day
                                                                - Wide range of color to choose from
                                                                - 9-10$ at the drugstore

5) Urban Decay Naked 2 palette:- I have a review on this palette 


1) L'oreal Caresse Wet Shine Stain in Rose on and on:- Super Glossy and not sticky
                                                                               - Leaves a nice tint on your lips
                                                                               - Nice pigmentation
                                                                               - 10-11$ at the drugstore
2) Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Cotton Candy:- Very moisturizing
                                                                        - Great pigmentation
                                                                        - Nice range of color selection

                                                                        - 7-8$ at the drugstore

3) Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in 800 Pink Star:- Very Moisturizing

                                                                             - Nice finish on the lips
                                                                             - 8-9$ at the drugstore

4) Elf Hypershine Gloss in Bubblegum:- Not sticky and super glossy

                                                        - 1$ at eyeslipsface.com

Nail polish

I use those products to do french manicure.

- Sally Hansen French Manicure White Tip Pen: 8-9$ at the drugstore
- Sally Hansen Strengthening Top Coat: 9-10$ at the drugstore
