Manicure Monday | Neon Lights

Heyy girls,

Okay, so I've already shown you this color that I have on my nails this week but the camera didn't pick it up right at the time. So here is what China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy looks like (keep in mind that this color is even more neon in real life)...

Manicure Monday | I am French

Heyy girls,

This week I decided to go with a classic manicure. Yes, you've guessed it: French Tips manicure. I used Nailtini nailpolish in Frappe and Jordana nailpolish in White to create this look.

Cette semaine j'ai décidé d'aller avec une manicure classique. Eh oui, vous l'avez deviné: la célèbre manicure française. J'ai utilisé le vernis de chez Nailtini dans la couleur Frappé et le vernis blanc de chez Jordana.

Manicure Monday | Ice Ice Baby

Heyy girls,

I think I'm going to try something new on my blog... I'm not sure how it is going to turn out but I think I'm going to do it half in french and half in english. So this post is going to be an experiment. :) Hope that all my French readers enjoy that new turn!

So, if you've read my July Favorites 2014, well you know that I've been obsessed with this nailpolish that I bought recently at Shoppers Drug Mart which is Essie Borrowed And Blue.

Si t'as déjà lu mes Favoris du mois de juillet 2014, eh bien tu sais que je suis obsédée par un vernis à ongles que j'ai récemment acheté chez Pharmaprix. Cette couleur est Borrowed And Blue de Essie.

Manicure Monday | Blue Ocean

Heyy girls,

Even though it isn't Monday anymore I decided to share with you the nailpolish that I've been wearing this week. Actually, I didn't think that I would be posting one Manicure Monday because I've just started a new job where I can't wear nailpolish (I know it's sad). Plus I have to keep my nails shorter than what I usually do. Let me tell you that I already miss my long nails. But I finally had the time to paint my nails on Sunday. And the color that I chose is... Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear nailpolish in Pacific Blue. A color that I recently added to my collection.

And you might be thinking now: "Not another blue nailpolish!" But this one is magic I promess! Okay, maybe not magic but it's close to in my opinion.

Manicure Monday | Flip Flop Fantasy

heyy girls,

last week I wrote a Manicure Monday about easy nail arts that I think would be very cute for Spring. I really wanted to try doing an ombre nail effect, but I didn't have the material needed (like makeup sponges... I can't find mine). So, instead, I've decided to show you a color that I've been dying to wear during the last few weeks. Ladies & Gentlemen, let me introduce you to... China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy. **Unfortunately, my camera didn't pick up the color well**

My camera didn't pick up well the coral neon color that this nailpolish has. It looks almost like a pale orange, but in reality it's so bright and summery. I'll put pictures that I took with my Iphone for you to have an idea of what it looks like. Sorry for the picture quality.

Manicure Monday | Blue Intrigue

Heyy girls,

for this week Manicure Monday I decided to dig back into my "old" nailpolishes. I found a Revlon Colorstay nailpolish that I haven't worn in a while. If you follow my blog since the beginning, you might have already seen this color, but oh well. I just think that this is such an unique color and that it deserves to be talked about more.

This week, I am wearing on my nails...(drum rolls) Revlon Colorstay 030 Intrigue. It is a grey-ish blue with a silver sheen to it. To me it is a great color to transition into Spring. It isn't too bright, neither too dark. It is nothing dramatic, but you still get that pop of color. I don't remember how good the staying power is and I haven't worn it long enough to tell.

On my ring finger, I am wearing Essie Butler Please. I hesitated painting my nails this color instead of the Revlon Intrigue that I am wearing in those pictures. Since my nails were painted with a more neutral toned blue, I decided to add this bright deep blue color. It adds some dimension and a pop of color.

For my base coat, I am wearing the usual ; Essie All In One Base Coat.

And I protected it with the top coat from Seche Vite. As you can tell I am obsessed with this product!

I went for a color that I don't usually wear and that I didn't have in my collection. Tell me in the comments what is your favorite nailpolish for Spring!

Since one of the trend for this time of year is matte color I've also bought a matte top coat from NYC. It is called the NYC Matte me Crazy mattifying Top Coat. It is also very cheap! It is around 4$CA at the drugstore. So here is what the bottle looks like...

Nail of the week: Candy cane feat. Sally Hansen Rapid Red

heyy girls,

this week I've been trying christmas theme nails. I did a candy cane pattern on the thumb. It was so simple and I think that anyone can do this. Here is the list of products you need if you want to try out the candy cane pattern...

What you will need:
- Base coat
- Red nailpolish
-White nailpolish
-Scotch tape
-Top coat

First thing you want to do is to paint your nails with the base coat. That way, they can be protected from the other nailpolish. I used Revlon Quick Dry base coat.

Nail of the week: Recessionista

heyy girls,

so here is what my nails will look like during this week. I used Essie Recessionista wich is a dark plummy red color. It's very pretty and I think it is perfect for autumn and winter. I also used Nailtini nailpolish in Millionaire at some places. I just think that this combination is so festive and I'm really happy with how it turned out :)

You can buy Essie at the drugstore like Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix, Target, etc. It retails for 8-10$. You can buy this color online at essie.com. If you're interested by the Nailtini nailpolish in Millionaire you can buy it online at tinibeauty.com.

Nail of the week: Where's my chauffer/Millionaire

Heyyy girls,

Recently I bought a new essie nailpolish from the new 2012 Winter Collection. It's call Where's my chauffer. It is a beautiful turquoise color that is really pretty by itself on the nails.

Essie where's my chauffer

As you can see on the photos below I jazzed it up with a glitter nailpolish. If you read my November Glambag you certainly noticed that this nail color is Millionnaire by Nailtini.
